My mom's heroic life: https://amzn.to/3IXPFhw
Raya Khedker is my mother, and she is the strongest person I know. Dragonfly Escaping, the first of the series of books based on her life story is beyond excellent both in literary prowess, content, and in its core of sheer power. This series will break so many records that don’t even exist yet, because it’s the story of a genuine hero of the soul in a world of moral cowardice, “professional” hypocrisy, and non-stop scamming.
You might think that because I’m her daughter, that I have a vested interest in giving a 5-star review, but I have nothing to gain,
I have already gained innumerable blessings, by virtue of being raised by her, among which are:
unshakable inner security in the face of an insecure world, thanks to her unconditional love (which she acted upon despite familial and societal disdainful disapproval versus acting to coddle a giant parental ego for the fickle approval of others)
&
having fearless faith, complete surrender, and the accompanying indefatigable focused effort in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds, because through her example I learned the meaning of courage in the face of titanic tests and trials, the meaning of faith in the face of selfish cruelty, the meaning kindness in the face of utter meanness, the meaning of giving abundantly in the face of your own month-to-month precarious circumstances, and of dignity and grace in the face of disingenuous façades and fickle power.
I know of no one with a heart bigger than my mom’s,
I know of no one with greater grit than my mom’s,
I know of no one who loves her children more than my mom,
I know of no better example of what mother’s ought to be in this world sick with self-righteous self-centeredness.
My mom has always been in tune within with God’s infallible guiding light of Christ-Consciousness for our safe passage through the dark turbulent trials of our lives, because her responsibility to us as our mother came (and still comes) first, above everything and everyone,
and it was her unflinching response to all those challenges, clinging to God with fearlessness, despite the agony and tears, that has made my sister and I mentally unbreakable—like adamantine,
and forever undiscouraged, even if the whole world is against us, God is always with us (in reality, not in hope and belief).
…and being one who believes the way we write, what we write, and how we write reflects who we are,
I know very few in this world can write from an inspired soul, let alone write an inspired story, let alone write their heroic story with literary brilliance, from a selfless point of view, that all may be inspired to seek within for their inexhaustible wellspring of divine courage.
As the world enters an era of horrific sorrow, faced with its own colossal spiritual sloth, faithlessness, fakeness, evil, and gutlessness—billions will need real down-in-the-dirt examples of real day-to-day courage,
examples of real children of God, fighting to express the divine qualities that are the limitless potential of their magnificent souls.
I have nothing to gain from endorsing these books, for their stories and the memory of my mother’s heroism are engraved in my every atom. I lived by her side, tragedy after tragedy, difficulty after difficulty, inner triumph after inner triumph, like a lion cub clinging to its fearless mother in the storms of Maya, to be safely delivered into the mantle of God’s Unwavering Protection, that His Will may be fulfilled through our lives.
I have already gained everything there is to gain by her sacrifices, her undaunted faith, and her biblical courage.
It is the world of now and tomorrow, sorrowing by sorrowing individual, that has the precious opportunity to gain strength from my mother’s story.
When each citizen of this world is ready to face themselves to change for the better, when they’re ready to accept and acknowledge their own self-created karma and the consequences of their choices, when they’re face to face with the Mass Karmic Horror that is already here and that will continue unfolding for untold generations unless they heed the cosmic clarion call of applied virtue to reverse the flow of mainstream and individual filth,
when such brave souls need a heavy dose of courage to face yet another harrowing day here and now, yet another painful hour of their trials and tribulations, bulwarked by fearless faith, they will turn to The Kohinoor Diamond of living-courage and eternal kindness that is Raya Khedker, my mother.
